چکیده

A finite-range density and momentum-dependent effective interaction is used to calculate the density and temperature dependence of the symmetry energy coefficient Csym(ρ, T ) of infinite nuclear matter. This symmetry energy is then used in the local density approximation to evaluate the excitation energy dependence of the symmetry energy coefficient of finite nuclei in a microcanonical formulation that accounts for thermal and expansion effects. The results are in good harmony with the recently reported experimental data from energetic nucleus-nucleus collisions.

محاسبه و بررسی سیستماتیکی پارامتر چگالی ترازهای هسته‌ای

The knowledge of nuclear reaction rates is important for studying energy production and nucleosynthesis, especially in reactions including nuclei far from stability line, which are not accessible experimentally so far and thus it is necessary to be able to predict reaction cross sections in low excitation energies. Nuclear level density is one of the important key quantities in many nuclear phy...

نقش شکست تقارن بار در اختلاف انرژی بستگی هسته‌های آینه‌ای 15O-15N و 17F-17O

Charge symmetry breaking potentials due to the exchange of pseudoscalar and vector mesons in mirror nuclei are considered. With the computation of coulmb energy along with the present charge symmetry breaking effects provide a reasonably accurate description of the binding energy differences between mirror nuclei.

Symmetry energy for fragmentation in dynamical nuclear collisions

We extract values for the free symmetry energy as a function of the fragment size (the proton number Z) from antisymmetrized molecular dynamics (AMD) calculations of calcium collisions. Simple statistical physics describe well the distribution of hot nuclei at breakup, provided the surface symmetry term in the free energy is much smaller at high excitation than in ground state nuclei. This resu...

Size Evolution Study of the Electronic and Magnetic Properties of MgO Nanoclusters

Magnesium oxide nanoclusters have attracted much attention due to their potential applications to catalysis and novel optoelectronic materials. In the present study, we have studied the electronic and magnetic properties of the stoichiometric magnesium oxide nanoclusters (MgO)n  for n = 2-20. Although the binding energy increases with the size of the cluster, it  re...

A Computational Study to Find the Vibrational Modes Connected with Specific Molecular Structures of Calculated Compound

The purpose of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the planar high- symmetry configuration instability. In the ideal case, the distortion corresponds to the movements of nuclei along normal modes that belong to non-totally symmetric irreps of the high symmertry (HS) point group of molecule. The analysis of the structural distortion from the HS nuclear arrangements of the JT ac...
